Free US shipping on orders over $75, tracking on every order and 30 days to return anything.
Shipping
- Where it ships from
- Florida, with USPS.
- When it ships
- Hadley packs and ships orders in 5–7 business days. Every canvas is painted by hand, so this is time well spent.
- How long it takes
- After it ships: USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3.
- What it costs
- Worked out from your ZIP code and shown in your cart before you pay. Ground Advantage is free on US orders over $75.
- Tracking
- You’ll get an email with your USPS tracking number when your order ships. You can also look it up any time on the Track your order page.
- Where we ship
- Anywhere in the US.
- Sales tax
- Orders shipped to Florida include Florida sales tax. Orders to other states don’t.
Returns
You have 30 days after your order arrives to start a return.
- Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with where to send it.
- Once it’s back with us, we refund your original payment method.
If something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us in your reply and include a photo.
