Buy more, save more
Wholesale & bulk orders
Stitching with a group, teaching a class, running a retreat, or just stocking up for the year? Order 10 items or more — any mix of designs — and the price drops on everything in your cart, up to 55% off.
| Canvases & kits | You save |
|---|---|
| 10 | 30% off |
| 20 | 36% off |
| 30 | 42% off |
| 40 | 48% off |
| 50 or more | 55% off |
These are the round numbers — the discount actually rises a little with every single item you add, so 27 canvases save more than 26. Canvases and kits both count, and both get the discount.

Mix and match however you like — one of this, six of that. Bulk pricing starts once the whole order reaches 10 items, and keeps growing from there.

How it works
- 1
Set your quantities
Everything Hadley sells is listed above with a quantity box. Take one of this and six of that — bulk pricing starts once the order reaches 10 items in total.
- 2
The discount comes off by itself
No code to type and no application to fill in. The running total shows what you're saving and updates with every item you add.
- 3
Check out as usual
Same secure Stripe checkout, same 30-day returns, and US shipping is free on every bulk order.
How long it takes
Hadley paints every canvas by hand, one at a time, so a big order takes longer than a single one. Here is what to plan for:
10 to 24 items
About 3 weeks
25 to 50 items
About 50 days
More than 50

Good to know
- Free US shipping on every bulk order, however many you buy.
- Bulk pricing replaces every other discount. It comes off the full price and is already a bigger saving than any sale or code, so nothing stacks on top of it.
- Mix and match freely. There’s no minimum on any one design — 10 different canvases earns the same discount as 10 of one.
- Every canvas is still painted by hand. Small differences between them are the point, not a fault.
Ready when you are
