When will it ship?
Hadley packs and ships orders from Florida in 5–7 business days with USPS. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way, and you can track your order here. US shipping is free on orders over $75.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days after it arrives to start a return. The details are on our shipping and returns page.
Is it good for a beginner?
Yes. It’s on 13 mesh, the most beginner-friendly count: the stitches are big enough to see clearly and the colors are painted right where they go, so you only need one stitch to finish it.
What thread do I need?
It ships as the canvas only. Most stitchers use DMC Pearl Cotton size 3 on 13 mesh, and a size 20 tapestry needle.
